Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Ensure the measuring tape is horizontal, not too tight, rests comfortably under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
WAIST
Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline at the narrowest part of your waist, which is typically just above your belly button and below your rib cage.
HIPS
Measure around your hips at the fullest part, just below your hip bone, keeping the tape snug but not tight, while standing straight.
