Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3:30 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) on the same working day. Orders received after 3:30 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) will be dispatched on the next working day.

International delivery:

We partner with international delivery companies to ship your orders globally. Any post-shipment services, such as address changes or rescheduling of delivery, will incur additional fees at the customer's expense.

Our goal is to deliver your order within approximately 5 days worldwide, but please understand that rare circumstances beyond our control might cause delays. If an order becomes undeliverable due to refusal at the destination, cancellation after shipment, or an incorrect address, charges will be deducted from the order cost.

We encourage you to provide your mobile number during checkout to receive direct notifications from FedEx and manage your delivery preferences. Your contact details will be used solely for delivery-related communications.

Please note, for imports from outside the GCC countries, customers are required to pay import duties and taxes.

GCC Countries delivery:

We offer a Cash on Delivery option, exclusively available for GCC countries. Please note that any reverse pick-up charges will be the responsibility of the customer. For deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, customs require the customer's ID for shipments from abroad. More information, including links to customs websites, can be found in our FAQ section.

Delivery in UAE:

Delivery Information for UAE Customers

Enjoy free delivery within the UAE. The next delivery cut-off time is 3:30 PM. For those needing same-day delivery within UAE city limits, orders must be placed before 12:30 PM, with an additional fee of 40 AED.

We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service, but please note that if you choose COD, you will not be eligible for a refund, only a credit note or an exchange will be provided.

For any undeliverable orders, whether due to refusal at the destination, cancellation post-shipment, or an incorrect address, charges will apply. Reverse pick-up charges apply to the clients.

Please note: Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellation is not possible.
