We hope you love your Sea My Soul beachwear! However, we understand there may be times when you want to return or exchange an item. Here's how it works:

You have up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. To make this process as simple as possible, please click on our International Return Form to print your return form. Please note that promotional or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.

For exchanges, you can request to exchange one or more items within 14 calendar days from receiving your purchase. In exchange, we'll issue a coupon for use in our online store for future purchases.

If you need a different size, you can request a size exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipment and any taxation related to the shipment. This option is limited to the same model and color, no exchanges for different models or colors are possible. Keep in mind, that requesting an exchange for a size does not guarantee that the product will be in stock.

Returning your Sea My Soul items is simple and straightforward. To obtain a refund, please return any unwanted items within 14 days of delivery or pick-up. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

First, click on our International Return Form to begin the process. Fill in all the necessary details. Once completed, include the form inside your return package. Use the original packing bag to ensure your items are packed securely and the parcel is properly sealed.

We cannot provide free returns for international shipments. You will need to bear the cost of returning the unwanted item(s) to us, including any applicable duties or taxes. We strongly advise using a trackable and insured shipping service from providers like FedEx, DHL Express, or UPS. Keep your proof of postage for your records. We cannot take responsibility or offer reimbursement for items lost or damaged during transit.

When we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that it has arrived. We aim to process returns within ten business days.

Before we issue a refund, all returned items will be inspected. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition.

Original condition:

Items must be unworn, have hygiene stickers attached, be unwashed, and remain in their original packaging with all labels intact. Unworn items must be returned in the original Sea My Soul bag.

Free Gifts and Promotional Items: These items are not eligible for a refund.

We accept returns as long as all items are in their original condition. A refund will be processed in accordance with our policy. If you paid in cash, we can offer an exchange for store credit. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds will only cover the amount you paid for the products, excluding any duties, taxes, or fees, which should be claimed from your local Customs Office.

If you received any promotional items or free gifts, those items must also be returned. If you do not return any gifted items, the cost of those items will be deducted from your total refund.

Currently, we do not offer international exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
